We have all rapidly had to adjust from our multiple monitors, ergonomically adjusted chairs and (relatively) distraction free office environments to working from home. For some, this may mean balancing homeschooling & childminding duties, fighting over shared office space or adjusting to a 13-inch laptop screen. Many of us have had to rapidly learn new technologies or find new ways to get our work done. This transition has not been easy, it has been abrupt and left many of us without the tools to effectively work from home.
The best way to handle working from home is communication – talking with your family members on expectations and your employer or staff on what kind of support you or they need to work from home. Our staff are adjusting and facing the same challenges many of you are, so we wanted to share some resources we have found helpful for working from home. Click on the links below to read more!
